Take on the challenge of creating something wonderful and don't step down when the onslaught of client's criticism comes out.
That is what I tell myself to pep myself up, but usually as all the other agency people I step down from that worthy pedestal because we need pay checks.
But that is not just sad, but cowardly.
If all the agencies made a deal that they will create for the consumer and not the client, there wouldn't be backing down from an idea but solidarity that would result in better advertising, stronger brands and inspired consumers.
So who's in for the deal?
